The Los Angeles based Asian rock band Y2K was born about two years ago. Its name was derived from the year of its birth. Y2K constitutes of four members: the guitar virtuoso Fareed Khan (electric/acoustic guitars), the groovy bassist Kashif Noor (5 string bass guitar), the intoxicating drummer Kamran Nadir (playz the real drumz not the sloppy electric one!) and the raw-wild-soaring vocalist Karim K. (god gifted throat).
